Offering weekly livestream classes on Zoom as well as in-person yoga.

Classes focus on integrating alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility within the asanas (yoga poses) of the Iyengar Yoga tradition. Props are used to allow each student to adapt a pose for their individual needs and gain the maximum benefits of each pose.
